Further updates on RES LEGAL

22.01.10:

RES LEGAL has been updated for changes in the support systems and the requirements for access to the grid in Belgium, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus and the United Kingdom. Malta and Cyprus introduced new support schemes, which have been added to the data base.

Italy: Update on promotion system and grid access

07.12.09:

Updates on the Italian price regulation and quota system are now available on RES LEGAL.Besides, the information on access to the grid has been revised to include this year's improvements in the terms and conditions for renewable energy.

Slovakia - Information about price regulation now online

08.01.10:

In Slovakia, the Act on the Promotion of Renewable Energy Sources was passed to introduce a system of price regulation in September. The conditions set out in the Act are described on RES LEGAL. Furthermore, all other Slovak support schemes and restrictions on access to the national grid have been updated.
