Purpose

The CCL GenReg 2001 finalises the rules established by the FA 2000 on the CLL.

Relation to renewable energy

The Regulation establishes detailed regulations on the Climate Change Levy (CLL). Part IV of the CCL GenReg 2001 lays down the exemption of electricity from renewable sources from the levy.
